Fraud and Transaction Monitoring Role

This position plays a pivotal part in safeguarding our organization from fraudulent activity and minimizing the cost of fraud.

The successful candidate will operate adequate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring controls to meet regulatory requirements and expectations of payment processing partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and combat Fraud/AML Risk through fraud monitoring and prevention operational tasks.
  • To conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on clients presenting unusual behaviors to identify Market/Financial Risk.
  • To communicate professionally with clients about suspicious, unusual, and/or unreconciled activities without tipping off clients into potential investigations.
  • To review and analyze financial transactions for potentially fraudulent activity.
  • To utilize monitoring tools and systems to identify unusual patterns or trends.
  • To investigate and identify potential cases of fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • To collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fraud prevention and investigation is highly desirable.
  • A willingness to work night and weekend shifts is necessary.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential.
  • A self-driven and proactive mindset is required.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor are expected.
  • The ability to manage workloads and work well under pressure is necessary.
