Property Manager Job

This is a critical role that oversees the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments using software.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through accounting systems.
  • Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests to maintain a positive relationship.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates on property performance and financial status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and housing regulations to minimize risk exposure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is required.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software is necessary for success.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations is essential.
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills are required for managing finances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships.
