Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the lead generation process, converting leads into sales through a solution-selling approach, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Solution Selling: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and objectives, and present customized solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Sales Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a sales role, with a focus on solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
