As a key member of our team, the Business Support Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex cases, including inquiries and complaints
  • Provide regular updates to customers on pending concerns until resolution
  • Elevate escalated cases to Senior Business Support Officer or Business Support Unit Head
Liaison Functions:
  • Coordinate with internal units to ensure timely processing of inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up with units to ensure prompt resolution of cases
Administrative Work:
  • Log, update, and monitor all client concerns in the CRM system
  • Test systems and facilities as needed and report downtime to concerned units

This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. They will also be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.

A degree in business administration or a related field is desirable but not essential. However, relevant work experience and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
