Advanced Systems Support Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to resolve complex issues, while also maintaining and updating technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex technical issues via various communication channels and on-site visits.
- Develop and deliver training programs for lower-level support teams.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and guides.
- Patch and upgrade firmware and operating systems as required.
- Manage projects and meet deadlines for timely completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications are preferred, including Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, and Fortinet certifications.
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced systems/network administration, preferably in an MSP or enterprise environment.
