The RoleHome Care Scheduler
You'll be the quiet force behind the scenes in fast-moving home care settings, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll coordinate schedules, communicate changes, and keep caregivers and clients informed and supported.
This role is about more than just filling gaps in the schedule. It's about creating order, confidence, and peace of mind for everyone involved.
Every shift you coordinate ensures seniors receive the care they deserve, staying safe and comfortable in their homes.
As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll work closely with our operations team, managing caregiver schedules, communicating effectively, and helping both sides stay calm under pressure.
When things are calm, you'll assist with administrative tasks or contribute to light recruitment tasks, keeping things moving and meaningful.
Your Days Might Look Like
- Coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicating changes to caregivers and clients promptly and clearly.
- Managing schedule conflicts and finding solutions.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
- Pitching in on light recruitment tasks to help grow our team.
