Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to fill the role of Scheduler with C-Level EA Experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating order and coordinating caregiver schedules in a fast-paced home care setting.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless communication and support for both caregivers and clients. Your calm demeanor and ability to think on your feet will be essential in resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Schedule Management: Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Communication: Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver doesn't clock in, and answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
  • Record Keeping: Update records and case notes in software systems (training provided)
  • Collaboration: Work with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness, conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers, and generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in scheduling; healthcare or home care experience is a plus
  • Calm under pressure and naturally organized
  • Ability to solve problems on the fly
  • Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
  • Strong relationships-building skills and a willingness to take initiative as a team player
  • Availability to work in a US time zone schedule and secure the required technical setup, including a primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, a backup laptop, and a main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
