
Global Project Operations Specialist

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the effective execution of project tasks by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
This nationwide project requires an individual who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country. The Project Coordinator will support the day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables, track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning process for meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.
- Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.
- Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or potential delays.
- Ensure contract or grant compliance and maintain related documentation.
Qualifications to be successful in this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
