We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile work environment and can manage tasks autonomously. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and operational support to the director, training manager and regional managers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing needs, and delivering results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support AD/Training and Education Manager/Digital Dawn with management of AppBassador
  2. Training Academy Support
  3. Template creation for Activation briefs in line with regions marketing plans
  4. Global Reports
  5. Manage process for big ideas ie sampling kits/travellers sets/WSET
  6. Conference support

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Dayshift

From April to September: 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time (including a 1-hour lunch break)

From October to March: 8:00am to 5:00pm Manila Time (including a 1-hour lunch break)
