Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including supplier invoices for international entities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment files.
  • Generate and send bills to customers, process customer credits, and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare client monthly statements and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile customer receipts and perform monthly reconciliations for General Ledger accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales departments for financial data accuracy.

Accounting principles and procedures will be applied to ensure accurate and complete financial data.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a finance role is preferred.
  3. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP are advantageous.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
