About the Role

We are seeking an IT Parts Planner to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing plans for the procurement of IT parts, including forecasting needs based on usage patterns, historical data, and upcoming projects.

As an IT Parts Planner, you will be responsible for managing orders for IT parts, assisting in the preparation and monitoring of the IT parts procurement budget, and analyzing past consumption data to forecast future demand for IT parts and proactively plan for seasonal or project-based fluctuations.

You will also collaborate with IT project teams to provide reporting and process improvement support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in BS IT or a related field
  • Experience in IT Parts Supply Chain/IT Procurement
  • Exposure to IT parts planning and forecasting
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights
  • Amenable to work in an office environment (4 days onsite; 1 day remote)
  • Can start immediately
