Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily reconciliation tasks with precision and accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting, to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements affecting fund operations and implement changes as necessary.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the banking and financial services department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations, fund operations, and project management.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services, yet able to work in no/low-code technology environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
