Job DescriptionJob Summary:This review position is responsible for validating fund accounting deliverables and ensuring quality standards.

It involves detailed reviews of financial statements and supports complex accounting processes, serving as a technical resource for preparers. The role emphasizes quality assurance and maintaining accounting standards across all deliverables. Core Responsibilities:Review financial statements, NAV calculations, and client deliverables

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Maintain strong knowledge of client-specific requirements

Support process improvement initiatives

Provide technical guidance to preparers

Ensure adherence to established procedures

Tasks:Review fund accounting activities and calculations

Validate capital calls and distribution workings

Review fund books and records

Document review findings and recommendations

Provide technical feedback to preparers

Review operational procedures

Contribute to the development of best practices

Support complex transaction analysis

Validate compliance with accounting standards

Perform other duties as assigned based on role and business needs

Our current work setup is Hybrid Work from Home, requiring attendance at the office 2 to 3 days a week with the rest WFH. Candidates must have a stable internet connection (DSL/Fiber with at least 25 Mbps).To expedite your application, please have your government IDs ready.QualificationsEssential:Education / Professional Qualifications:Graduate in accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience

At least 3 years of fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience

Certified Public Accountant or similar qualification with fund accounting experience

Background Experience:Experience in preparing working paper files, financial statements with disclosures, and other financial information

Reviewing experience is required

Technical Skills:Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, IF functions, etc.)Proficiency in email, word processing, and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft OfficeEffective written and verbal communication skills at an intermediate level

Experience with accounting software (Investran preferred)Desired:Experience in Financial Services or Shared Services environments

Experience in a multinational office setting

Willingness to travel and pursue secondment opportunities abroad

University degree in Accountancy or related fields
