Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic customer support representative to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers via multiple channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. You will also utilize industry-leading tools such as Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide consistent support experiences.
To succeed in this role, you must stay informed on product updates and support best practices. This will involve working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure.
In addition to your technical skills, we value your ability to work collaboratively with our team to drive results and exceed customer expectations. - Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
