- Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As the key point of contact for HR-related matters, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the preparation of compliance documents.
- Handling recruitment and onboarding tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing ATS updates, and preparing onboarding packs.
- Providing support with performance and development activities, such as scheduling check-ins, updating learning and development logs, and communicating OKRs and reviews.
- Assisting with systems and operations tasks, including generating reports, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, and 2-5 years of experience in an HR administrator/assistant role within a scale-up, professional services, or tech environment.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HRIS, spreadsheets, and Microsoft 365.
- A proactive mindset, people-first approach, dependability, and eagerness to learn.
