About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a high-profile project involving the migration of an existing SaaS marketing website to HubSpot CMS. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot CMS and be able to bring strategic insight and hands-on execution to this role. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate our entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  • E nsure SEO best practices are followed during migration, including meta tags, alt text, and structured data optimization, on-page content formatting, keyword preservation, sitemap submission, and robots.txt configuration.
  • S et up SEO tools and integrations within HubSpot CMS (e.g., Google Search Console, analytics, SEO recommendations).
  • M onitor post-migration SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • R ebuild existing site architecture, content, and forms within HubSpot while improving UX/UI where appropriate.
  • S et up key HubSpot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company goals.
  • L ead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.
  • I ntegrate CRM features and automation across the platform, ensuring smooth data flow and usability.
