MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION: College GraduateWORKING EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in customer service, but not requiredSKILLS
  • With strong phone skills such as active listening skills, clear verbal communication skills (clarity of speech and diction), attention to detail, and politeness
  • Average to advance knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
