Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team as a technical partner to the founder of a growing SaaS company.

This is a key role that combines new feature development, bug resolution, and system ownership across both the front-end and back-end of the platform. You will be working directly with the technical founder and interfacing with a small internal team — with the opportunity to own mission-critical development work from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new features and functionality using the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure)
  • Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase — with a strong eye toward stability and performance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture
  • Assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
  • Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure
  • Comfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
  • Strong communication and written English — able to ask clarifying questions and document logic
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment
