Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources professional to deliver strategic leadership across multiple facets of HR.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to drive business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make the company a top place to work.
  • Ensure alignment of HR processes across all global offices with the organization's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on complex, sensitive issues, including administration of routine tasks in sensitive situations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k and help administer plans as a backup.
  • Point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints/allegations and address teammate grievances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Culture Development: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization's values and mission.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to mitigate legal risks.
