Remote Technical Support Role

We are seeking skilled technical support representatives to provide high-quality assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.

As a remote technical support representative, you will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

This role requires prior call center experience and a strong command of the English language. You must reside within a reasonable distance from our office and have a high-speed internet connection, appropriate work environment, and strong language proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and follow-up techniques
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
