Profession Overview

This role involves billing operations, where you will ensure accurate customer record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and issue invoices in line with client agreements.
  • Reconcile billing data to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Manage customer accounts and agreements using billing systems.
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc invoices, credit notes, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Create and maintain contracts for products, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Generate and review billing reports to detect errors or trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Proven experience in international billing operations.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
