Job Overview

We are seeking a Fund Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in a key role that involves reconciling fund accounts daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

  • Reconcile fund accounts on a daily basis to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Manage fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements affecting fund operations and implement changes as necessary.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the banking and financial services department.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA certification, and at least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliation, fund operations, and project management.

Key skills include strong logical and analytical thinking, proficiency in financial software and tools, and excellent communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
