The Role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving our global social strategy. You will play a key role in driving our brand's social growth across key global platforms through innovative content and storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a solid social media strategy with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global channels.
    • Lead the planning of global social media calendars ensuring a consumer-centric approach.
  • Ideation and Analysis:
    • Lead the creation and execution of social media content ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
    • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like analytics software.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing global social marketing team.
    • Partner closely with marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social media.
    • Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
