The position of Drafting Admin Officer plays a vital role in the Legal Delivery Team. The primary objective is to provide essential support and services by preparing necessary documents and generating contract drafts.
This role involves creating all relevant documentation, managing client expectations by adhering to standard procedures, and proactively communicating any issues or concerns that require immediate attention to the appropriate team members.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and drafting contracts according to established protocols
- Identifying and ordering required searches for clients' properties based on type and location
- Building rapport and trust with clients throughout communication stages
- Collecting and encoding personal information from Australian clients securely
- Updating internal teams on progress of contract drafts
- Creating and updating records for new files and information
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience working with legal concepts and documentation is beneficial
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 1-2 years direct customer contact experience (written and phone-based) working with Aust/NZ/US/UK customers
- Ability to anticipate and meet team and client needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills and proactive problem-solving approach
- Efficient handling of multiple demands while remaining flexible
- Ability to act strategically on problems and objectives
