
Support Operations Manager

- This part-time position (25 hours/week; can grow to full-time)
- Is remote-friendly, with Australian working hours
- Handle 15–20 inbound and outbound calls daily from new and existing clients
- Respond to email and text inquiries, including follow-ups and reminders
- Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate field staff using job management software
- Manage CRM and lead pipeline through sales platform
- Update job statuses and customer information
- Upload invoices and manage accounting
- Create and post weekly updates on social media
- Liaise with training providers and track apprentice progress
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous experience handling customer calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning and using various software platforms
- Tech-savvy with good grasp of modern tools
- Experience in content management
- Comfortable working independently and proactively
