  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and addressing client inquiries.
  • Manage leads in CRM by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
  • Familiarity with CRM is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
