Training Leader

We are seeking a skilled Training Leader to oversee the development and implementation of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and delivery, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

About This Role:
  • This role involves developing and delivering training content to meet the needs of our customers.
  • You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training performance and provide regular progress reports.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training content to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
