Senior Leader Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to provide top-level support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Time Management: Manage and optimize the executive's schedule to align with strategic priorities.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather agendas, briefing materials, and logistical details for meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including research and document reviews.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Manage the executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses to high-priority communications.
- Travel and Logistics Management: Coordinate complex travel itineraries that prioritize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and the executive's well-being.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Background working with nonprofit organizations or mission-driven entities is highly preferred.
