We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our Human Resources team as a Senior Talent Development Specialist.
- Leverage expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management to drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders to understand goals and challenges, providing tailored support to enhance workforce alignment.
- Design and implement change management programs to ensure seamless transitions, including organizational structure changes and policy reviews.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend impactful initiatives that align with business priorities.
- Collaborate with managers to establish effective performance management practices, driving individual and team growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance, focusing on recognition, morale, and company culture.
- Develop and execute engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction, recognition, and overall well-being.
- Conduct thorough investigations into grievances and disciplinary actions, recommending fair and consistent resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company regulations by interpreting and enforcing HR policies effectively.
- Provide timely guidance to leaders and employees on complex HR matters, promoting a culture of transparency and trust.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, leveraging insights to drive business outcomes.
- Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
About the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a talent development capacity.
- Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
