Job Summary:

The Warranty Resolution Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless warranty-related transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with vehicle owners regarding repair or accident-related matters, ensuring timely updates and efficient issue resolution.
  • Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to guarantee prompt and cost-effective vehicle repairs adhere to technical guidelines.
  • Provide expert assistance for conflict escalation and support the team in resolving complex issues.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration activities efficiently.
  • Assist with prioritizing client repairs and tracking progress.
  • Offer valuable support to clients and departments on vehicle-related inquiries.
  • Determine optimal repair solutions balancing customer satisfaction and business considerations.
  • Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients and resolve conflicts as needed, escalating when required.
  • Ensure owners are informed of repair solutions and progress through regular updates.
  • Develop effective technical and logistical solutions to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Maintain accurate technical information in the company database.
  • Evaluate repair costs, cost tracking, and authorization levels to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Minimize vehicle repair time by optimizing warranty coverage and addressing failures outside of warranty with fair contributions.
  • Pursue cost recovery for substandard fleet repairs.
  • Identify and report service level anomalies and deficiencies.
  • Manage all aspects of warranty claims effectively.
