Ecommerce Dispute Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage disputes and chargebacks from start to finish.
This involves ensuring cases are handled correctly and on time, following clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You will gather and submit evidence such as tracking information, order details, and screenshots, while working with Shopify and Gorgias to verify customer data. Additionally, you will update internal spreadsheets daily and work closely with both our customer service and operations teams.
Responsibilities:- Handling disputes and chargebacks from A to Z
- Following structured processes and meeting deadlines
- Collecting and submitting evidence (tracking, invoices, screenshots, etc.)
- Verifying customer data in Shopify and Gorgias
- Maintaining internal sheets and reporting on dispute outcomes
- Identifying trends and suggesting improvements
- Hands-on experience with dispute resolution
- Understanding of e-commerce operations
- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven mindset
- Reliable communication and accountability
- Availability for part-time work (with potential to grow into full-time)
