Merchant Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Merchant Support Professional to excel in our team.

This role is a blend of office and remote work, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure commercial rates and complete operational tasks based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Understand merchant specific requirements and conduct necessary checks
  • Maintain issue monitoring and perform daily quality control tasks
  • Provide accurate and timely support for markets to meet SLAs
  • Evaluate unresolved issues and escalate them to relevant internal teams after due diligence checks
  • Support testing and quality assurance for new operations processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience in an Operations role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • A thorough understanding of the latest SOPs and any updates or revisions
  • A strong attention to detail and initiative to clarify changes and deviations of processes
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to use dashboards, MS Excel, and Google Sheets functions for data processing and analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Generative AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and efficiency at scale
