Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our operations department, you will be responsible for executing commercial rates setup and other operational tasks with high accuracy within specified deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Execute commercial rates setup and other operational tasks based on set standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Understand merchant specific requirements and conduct checks accordingly
  • Monitor issues and conduct daily quality control tasks
  • Provide support for markets with accuracy and promptness
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams after conducting due diligence checks and follow through with resolution
  • Support testing and QAs for new operations processes


Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in an Operations role with e-commerce industry knowledge preferred
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest SOPs and any updates or revisions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clarify changes and deviations of processes
  • Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use dashboards/ MS Excel/ Gsheets functions for data processing and analysis
  • Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
