Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

About the Role

This position focuses on ensuring the quality of our software products through the development, execution, and maintenance of automated tests. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will work closely with the development team to identify areas that can be automated and create scripts that simulate user actions and behavior.

Main Responsibilities
  • Test Automation Strategy: Define and establish test automation strategies and processes for the company.
  • Automation and Manual Testing: Perform automation and manual testing to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Automation Framework Development: Initiate, implement, and review the design and development of all aspects of automation testing along with the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated scripts.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor all automation processes and prepare status reports for all progress.
  • Documentation: Document all automation processes and design an efficient automation framework for all web products.
  • Reusable Test Cases: Implement reusable and robust test cases and evaluate results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.
  • Languages and Tools: Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium and Cypress.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting.
  • Agile Methodologies: Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
