Quality Engineering and Assurance Specialist

About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering and Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our AI Data Quality department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality annotation workflows and processes.


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data quality management, data operations, or related roles within AI/ML or data annotation environments. They will possess a deep understanding of data annotation processes, quality assurance methodologies, and statistical quality metrics.


This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, as well as excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for large-scale, multi-modal data annotation projects.
  • Lead a team of Data Quality Analysts and provide mentorship, training, and expertise.
  • Manage the configuration and integration of annotation and quality control tools.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative quality control tools and automation technologies.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data quality management, data operations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing quality assurance strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of data annotation processes and quality assurance methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in agile or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Experience with AI/ML pipelines and data preparation.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and large-language-model assisted workflows.
