Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the adoption of digital productivity technologies across our organization. This role is crucial in enhancing employee productivity.

  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research how other companies use industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication within our organization.
  • Understand how our current solutions are being utilized, establishing adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance for key activities.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes as needed.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert for the organization.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or strong equivalent experience. Additionally, they should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium-to-large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
