Data Driven Product Insights Specialist

The Product Insight Analyst role revolves around extracting valuable insights from digital product usage data. This involves defining key performance indicators, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging analytics tools to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze user behavior patterns, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Develop, track, and report on critical product metrics such as activation rates, retention periods, and engagement levels.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments to inform roadmap decisions.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection through tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA.
- Monitor data quality, address inconsistencies, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Translate complex business questions into actionable analyses and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and self-serve tools for seamless data access across teams.
- Work closely with product teams to embed insights into strategic decision-making.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and experience with analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B product environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
- Exposure to event-based tracking tools.
- Ability to work in agile environments and partner with cross-functional teams.
