About the Role

The Onboarding Specialist plays a key part in ensuring the seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio. As the first point of contact for landlords, you will guide them through the full onboarding process. Your work sets the foundation for long-term success and strong partnerships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide landlords through the entire onboarding process, including property preparation and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.
  • Support landlords with operational requirements and ensure each property meets our standards.
  • List new properties across relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet our standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the property management industry is an advantage.
