
Healthcare Documentation Specialist

This role supports clinicians by freeing them from documentation burden.
The Impact You'll Make- A medical scribe will provide real-time scribing and accurate EHR entries, ensuring records are complete, compliant, and billing-ready.
- You will prepare and edit patient notes, visit summaries, progress reports, and letters to referring physicians.
- Maintain consistency of records across encounters and ensure timely chart updates.
- Organize and track outstanding documentation for provider review.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a medical scribe or healthcare documentation specialist. They should also possess strong written and spoken English communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM and high accuracy.
Requirements:- Working knowledge of basic medical terminology (healthcare/clinical context).
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strict adherence to HIPAA.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
Please note that we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
