Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to lead our global marketing initiatives and drive pipeline growth in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC, webinars).
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, target accounts, and buyer personas.
  • Track and report campaign performance (leads generated, engagement, ROI).
  • Nurture leads through the funnel with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage and update CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Create campaign assets such as email templates, landing pages, and social content.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest new ideas for lead generation.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, demand generation, or lead generation roles (internships considered).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and demand generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setup.
