
Drive Growth as a Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Demand Generation Specialist to drive scalable growth for our organization. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in lead generation systems and process automation.
This position will own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy, focusing on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions, with experience in designing and maintaining scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion.
The successful candidate will partner with the VP of Supply to define KPIs, set performance targets, and lead the development of a strategic roadmap for sustainable lead generation growth. Additionally, they will oversee the vetting process to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant with global standards, and fraud-free.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows and improve conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
