Leads Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our department. This role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, task boards are consistently updated, and departmental performance runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Department G Workflow Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure completion of all assigned tasks
  • Maintain and implement operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support
  • Monitor and update project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines
  • Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution
Team Leadership G Oversight
  • Supervise and mentor Leads team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants
  • Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance
  • Lead onboarding and training for new team members
  • Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations to HR as required
Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaborate with Social Media, Content, and Chat teams to ensure timely task handoffs
  • Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables
  • Flag operational concerns or task delays to the COO or Leads Strategic Manager as appropriate
Administrative Oversight G Reporting
  • Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins
  • Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs
  • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices
