Retail Operations Coordinator

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail team. This role will involve managing a team of 10-15 agents and ensuring that they meet their performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail domain and have previously worked as a Team Lead or in a similar position. A college graduate with a preferred educational background, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience, is also desired.

This is a hybrid setup, requiring the employee to work onsite during training and nesting periods. The shift schedule consists of 13x5 shifting with possible Saturday shifts.
