Job Overview
The Executive Assistant role at the Prince Retail Group of Companies is a dynamic and challenging position that requires exceptional administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion. This individual will provide comprehensive support to the Executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
- Pre-Meeting Preparation: Assist the Executive in preparing for meetings, including researching topics, organizing materials, and developing agendas.
- Email and Document Management: Respond to emails and manage documents on behalf of the Executive, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Document Creation: Draft meeting notes, slides, and other documents as required by the Executive.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Administrative Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain organizational systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
