Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  • Pre-Meeting Preparation: Assist the Executive in preparing for meetings, including researching topics, organizing materials, and developing agendas.
  • Email and Document Management: Respond to emails and manage documents on behalf of the Executive, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Document Creation: Draft meeting notes, slides, and other documents as required by the Executive.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain organizational systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
