The Role

As an Email Marketing and CRM Specialist, your mission is to craft data-driven messaging that drives revenue and enhances customer satisfaction, while optimizing campaigns and automations for maximum impact.

You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of marketing channels, focusing on key performance metrics such as open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  • Design and optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead planning, creation, and scheduling of marketing campaigns, ensuring every message aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to enhance customer communications, using NPS and other feedback to inform messaging strategy.
  • Develop detailed briefs for the Content team, using data and past performance insights to guide the creation of high-converting content.
  • Continuously test and experiment with campaign elements to maximize performance, analyzing results to refine future strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that drive action.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive engagement through comms.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore (strongly preferred).
  • Strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
