We are seeking an experienced Tax & Managerial Accounting Specialist to join a forward-thinking team in a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proactive U.S. tax plans to minimize liabilities, advise on entity structuring, manage all compliance, and serve as the in-house expert on IRS regulations.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct variance analysis, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership to support long-term strategic planning.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of extensive experience focused specifically on U.S. taxation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and IRS regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in managerial accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
