About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned integration expert to join our team. As an SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based integration solutions that seamlessly connect SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end integrations using SAP CPI for SuccessFactors modules.
  • Develop and maintain iFlows and integration content to connect SuccessFactors with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
  • Gather requirements, perform technical analysis, mapping, and documentation of integration processes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure high system availability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Provide expertise in CPI architecture, security, and data management.

We require a strong understanding of iFlows, OData/REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and IDoc/BAPI. Experience in integration with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Payroll, or third-party systems is essential.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/HCI).
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of integration principles and practices.
  • Experience in collaborative environments and excellent communication skills.
