Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to help businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project delivery for SuccessFactors implementations or Digital HR client advisory services.
  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
  • Take ownership and manage the delivery of SAP projects to enhance our clients' business functionality and overall performance. Provide expert advice and guide project team members to connect with relevant expertise in the global network, SAP community or external stakeholders for issue resolution, risk mitigation and solutioning for SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Manage project finances.
  • Support business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.
  • Liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
  • Ability to review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign and Centrical.
