Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Master Data Specialist. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the integrity and quality of customer master data, directly contributing to operational excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to address data requests and improve processes. They will be responsible for managing data accuracy amidst a growing volume of requests while contributing to initiatives that uphold ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer master data meets quality standards set by process owners.
  • Process requests from business partners for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP.
  • Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP directly or through mass upload.
  • Submit SAP downloads for price and customer master information on time.
  • Update files needed for monitoring, such as master data trackers and regular documentation.
  • Perform process improvements, adherence, and compliance to business requirements related to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably related to business.
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Master Data Management or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites required.
  • VBA and Macro skills highly preferred; SAP knowledge advantageous.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Amenable to work night shifts, follow US holidays, and report to a hybrid work setup.
