Job Title: IT Operations Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Operations Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering high-quality IT services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT projects, leading teams, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

We are seeking someone who can work closely with country teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations, develop guidelines and processes to enhance office IT infrastructure resiliency and service availability, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT projects and lead teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth through IT innovation
  • Collaborate with country teams to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Above five years of experience in IT operations, with at least two years in a team lead or management role
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network management
